I think the whole, "you can't be moral without God," spiel is overcompensation for what the theists know that faith makes them capable of -- they identify such acts as depicted here in this video as "possible (normal) human behavior" and think that its context, faith, is what keeps it from breaking out like a contagion.
Atheists have no such vaccination against this virus (rampant immorality and evil behavior), and so we're ripe for the pickin'...
And people ask me why I'm a humanist...
